Followers are the representation of a leader. Her leadership journey was born from a passion to build and equip the next generation with digital skills. The lessons she got from YALI (Young African Leaders Initiative) helped me in organizing Django Lautech that year. Being a team lead at GDG, Django Girls, PIIS, and Rubies Technologies made her realize the importance of people and the need to equip them with the necessary skills that are required.
Her leadership is based on the principle of helping people know that everyone is a potential leader. She keeps investing in the future by helping people identify their potential to lead. Leadership is based on inspiring others.
