Temiloluwa is a tech enthusiast who is passionate about building the next generation with a flair for technology. Her life is centred on training, mentoring, and building a community of future leaders who can create solutions to the world’s problems through technology. She has been actively involved in building tech communities that facilitate the technological growth of children, women, and young adults.
She is passionate about stimulating the interest of young Africans in technology. She is a trailblazer whose faith in technology cannot be reversed. Her passion enormously influences her hard work to create solutions to the puzzle of the world through technology. Her fire of excellence razes down every young mind.
Temiloluwa is a passionate tech leader and community builder. She envisions a future where everyone has the power to create positive change through technology. Driven by this vision, she has dedicated her career to training, mentoring, and building communities that equip children, women, and young adults with the digital skills they need to thrive.
Temiloluwa’s journey began with a deep faith in technology’s transformative potential. She has tirelessly organized events and trainings and volunteered in organizations like Google Developers group, Women Techmakers, Django Girls, and Python Nigeria, sparking young Africans’ interest in coding and empowering girls to build websites.
Fueled to create a lasting impact, Temiloluwa founded Rubies Technologies. This social enterprise empowers Africans, especially kids and teenagers, with the skills to develop innovative ideas and build sustainable solutions. Rubies Technologies has impacted close to 4000 Africans within and outside Africa.
A true leader, Temiloluwa holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, backed by certifications in project management, business, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She currently leads over 30 individuals as a team lead and community/project manager for Rubies Technologies and Rubies Tech Foundation, advocating for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals 4, 5, 8, and 9.
